Airport Pick up Terms

Airport pick-up is optional. If you would like to be received at Guadalajara's International Airport, please complete the form

and return it to us as soon as you have reserved your flight. Send the form and include the U.S. $30 Airport pick-up fee when

you pay your other fees. (Up to 3 persons for the price indicated). Please look for the person in the lobby that is holding a

sign with your name.

Notes:
  • Changes in flight information or arrival date must be received by I.M.A.C. at least four(4) days before the student's a arrival date in Mexico. Any changes or cancellations on the part of the student made less than four(4) days in advance may result in forfeiture of the entire airport pick-up fee.
  • If the student does not appear at the time and location specified on this application form and no advance notification as in above has been received by I.M.A.C., the entire Airport pick-up fee will be forfeited.
