Another lodging option that we can offer to students who would like a more private lodging is a small semi-private apartment. This guest house offers less than ten rooms so you will have the chance to interact with students from other schools as well as native travelers. You will have a private room with private bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. All guests have access to the kitchen facilities (includes refrigerator, stove, and basic utensils and cookware). You will also have access to laundry facilities. There is also a general reception area where you can chat and meet the other guests. No meals are included and you must either prepare your own or eat out. The cost for a room is $3,700 pesos per month (approx. $370 USD). If you would like your room to be cleaned the cost is $4,550 per month (approx. $455 USD). Use of the kitchen and laundry facilities have no extra charge, all you are asked is not leave dirty dishes or a mess behind. We can reserve a room upon request.
