One would become skilled at assessing needs and interests. Show capability for creating real life scenarios for the adults to study and an understanding for detailed needs analysis. Experience would dictate the ability to think on the spot to adjust teaching methods especially if one was not showing results. Competence becomes second nature, trust; thorough knowledge is developed as well as capability. He or she does not impart knowledge in a strict or unorganized manner.
