Spanish courses in Puerto Vallarta

The Spanish courses in Puerto Vallarta are offered in 7 different levels, which are also divided into units. To determine your level of Spanish a placement evaluation is administered prior to begin your classes on your first day.

Levels

Basic 1 Spanish course: This level gives the student his/her first contact with the language within an atmosphere tied to the Hispanic culture. Thus, the student learns some basic expressions commonly used in their host country.

Basic 2 Spanish course: In this basic course students acquire the ability and self- confidence to communicate in Spanish and employ basic functional structure.

Intermediate 1 Spanish course: Here, we give students more confidence and sufficient structure to understand and maintain a normal conversation in every day situations.

Intermediate 2 Spanish course: This course furnishes students with the necessary tools to attain knowledge of a linguistic framework within the context of oral communication.

Intermediate 3 Spanish course: In this course students achieve the necessary components to learn the ability and use of the subjunctive.

Advanced 1 Spanish course: This advance course provides students the tools to effectively speak correctly and effortlessly. Students will expand their vocabulary and expressions which are employed in the Hispanic culture. Moreover, students will be able to communicate, and express their own point of view easily.

Advanced 2 Spanish course: This more advanced course gives students the necessary vocabulary and structure to develop their communicative abilities. Student will apply all grammatical facets to express their ideas in writing in Spanish.

Spanish courses and schedules

Intensive Program
3 academic hours of classes (50 minutes per academic hour)

9 AM to 11: 50 AM - Grammar practice combined with conversation
2:15 PM to 3 PM - Optional classes such as conversation, cooking, private lessons, etc.

Super Intensive Program
5 academic hours of classes per day (50 minutes per academic hour)

Two different schedules:

9 AM to 11: 50 AM - Grammar practice
12:10 PM to 2 PM - Conversation

10 AM to 11: 50 AM - Conversation
12:10 PM to 3 PM - Grammar Practice

Executive Program
Super Intensive program + 3 hours of private instruction

9 AM to 11: 50 AM - Grammar practice
12:10 PM to 2 PM - Conversation
2:30 PM to 5:30 PM - Individual lessons

Children's Program - 9 AM to 1 PM
Suitable for young children up to 12 years old, this program combines Spanish instruction with didactic activities (games, songs, etc) and special outings, to make your child enjoy and have fun while learning!

Teen's Program - 9 AM to 2 PM
Suitable for teens ages 13 to 17, this program offers 3 hours of grammar practice and 2 hours of conversation, combining activities and workshops such as city tours, art, cooking, etc. Excursions can also be arranged as part of this program for an additional fee.
